The conference will be allocated a maximum of 6 CPD credits per conference day.

BHIVA Lunchtime workshops

Places are limited and will be restricted to 80 delegates per workshop. Places will be available onsite, on a first-come, first-served basis, at the door of the lunchtime workshop. Doors will open 15 minutes prior to the start of each workshop. Each workshop will begin promptly and lunch packs will be provided for delegates attending these sessions.

Social events

There are two social events: a Civic Welcome Reception (Wednesday) to be held at the Arena and Convention Centre, Liverpool, and a Gala Dinner (Thursday). A contribution of £50 will be required if you wish to attend the Gala Dinner – to try to ensure a full turnout, and that funds are not wasted.

Please indicate on the registration form if you wish to attend any of these social events. If later you find you cannot attend, please let the Conference Organisers know at your earliest convenience. If written notice is received by 17 February 2017, 75% of your payment will be returned.

BHIVA Invited Lectures and Sessions supported by unconditional educational bursaries

BHIVA Invited Lectures can be supported by means of a bursary grant, kindly donated by sponsors. In the organisation of these sessions, all correspondence and liaison with the speakers invited to participate in these sessions has been administered by BHIVA and speakers are under no obligation to the sponsoring company. Donated bursaries go towards supporting the honorarium, travel and accommodation of speakers. The slots are educational in content and form part of the BHIVA plenary programme, and thus qualify for CPD accreditation.

Accompanying persons

Fees for accompanying persons cover attendance at the Welcome Reception, and Gala Dinner. Each event is individually priced and details can be found on the Registration Form. Please note that these rates do not allow guests to attend conference sessions.
