Please note that the membership year runs from 1 January to 31 December and the annual subscription is payable in advance on or before 1 January each year.
Annual subscriptions paid by members joining BHIVA after 31 October will be regarded as being in respect of the membership year ending 31 December of the following year.
Renewal notices are sent out from the beginning of November each year. Any members whose subscription remains unpaid by 28 February following will be regarded as in arrears and cease to be a member of the Association.
