An update on clinical networks and multi-professional aspects of care
BHIVA multidisciplinary event to mark World AIDS Day 2014
Date: Thursday 27 November 2014
Venue: Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre, London
BHIVA, in collaboration with affiliated associations, organised an event to mark World AIDS Day 2014 and launch the Federation of HIV Associations (FHIVA).
This valuable opportunity enabled all to review the role of local HIV networks in the delivery of HIV care as well as the benefits of multi-professional working. The environment for HIV care has changed and the onus is on providers to agree how quality, safety and access can be achieved for people living with HIV by organisations agreeing and publishing governance pathways and protocols.
